Default 2" Drop

So I finally dropped the stang... and it looks 100 times better now... I have no problems with the speed bumps and such and even with settling I am not predicting any problems. Well... I do have one... where I live there is a valley between the road and the driveway... if I don't hit it at a perfect angle my chin spoiler scrapes a lil... might have to put a 1/8" spacer in there to bring the car up high enough so that isn't a problem.

Now for what I ordered:

Spring Tech 2" Drop Springs off Ebay... yes... a lot of people say don't order them and that they are sh*t... well... I inspected them (yes I am qualified to do this) and found no cracks or any signs of abnormal wear or stress. Total I spent on them: $130 shipped.

Now to the next step: MM CC Plates... yes... you need them if you do this much of a drop. Got them off a group purchase (let me know if you're interested) for $170 shipped

I will post pictures soon as I get home (I'm at work today until tomorrow afternoon... damn navy). But to let ya'll know... the wheel gap is gone!

That looks a lot better, can't wait until I get mine done. I was going to do a 1 1/2" drop but that 2" drop looks good. What made you take off your black strip on the side?

I wanted to be different... and the 2" drop is fine... I was thinking it would of been too much... but it does look good.

Yes, wheels/tires are on the list... one of these days they'll get done.
