strange electrical problem?
I can't think of any point in the mustang that would handle or be able to shut down all of the car's electrical.....
If not at the battery connections, I would guess the ground on the block etc, or the ignition switch. [8D]
Also, the starter receives the 12V main wire first but has to be able to allow the 12v to be used by the rest of the circuits. This is usually a copper jumper bar or some similar connection at the solenoid. Make sure all is well down there at the starter.

well it keeps happening, bout twice a day, and each time i wiggle the connections on the battery and it starts up
so its definatly the connections, they must have gotten loose from vibration and dirty as well
ill try to clean em and tighten them up more to see if it helps...... if not my battery might be going
