Default Cobra Identification?

Hi everyone. I'm looking at buying a 1994 Cobra, and want to know if there's anything special I should look for to identify it as a cobra. It has the cobra badges, and has a cobra plenum, but is there anything else?

Thanks!

Not in 94 [sm=chairshot.gif]

Should have a 160 MPH speedo. The brake light should be in the spoiler not the deck lid. Round fog lamps. I'm sure there is other things. Run the VIN

8th digit of the VIN needs to be a D, which is the Cobra engine code. As mentioned, white face 160mph speedo, LED brake light in spoiler, MUSTANG rear bumper, cobra front brake calipers, COBRA on the steering wheel, has to be a manual, should probably have a Cobra sticker on the valve cover, the '94s wont have an SVT badge but the '95s do, and they were only made in red, white and black. all the '94 converts were red and the '95 converts were black.

Thanks for the help. Its easy enough to change badges, but with this list, I should be able to know for sure! I'm going to go take a look at it tonight. Anyone have a list of the major differences between a regular SN-95 and the Cobras, or the stock Cobra specs? Thanks

Difference in what, parts? If you go to my cardomain page, go to page 6 and there is a list of most of the stuff the Cobras had that differed from the GT
