i was wondering if anyone new wat the topspeed that a 86 mustang with a new 5.0 L engine

it would depend on your rear end gears....i would think maybe 140 or so, unless they are governed under that.<IMG src=smileys/smiley24.gif border="0">

depends if it a conv. or not.....mine topped out at 144 and that's enough with my 89 and lack of stability and the s**tty road I feel saver at 170 at the track

I knew a kid with a 98 V6 stang....We couldnt get it higher than 112

98's came with ~50 less hp.
