depends on what you buy - but i think most parts are about the same brand to brand... not really a huge concern - but I know that for important parts like gears, etc I only use ford racing... better safe than sorry

cool blue performace is a crappy distributor, they dont make any parts they only sell other companies parts,

i bought a c & l air intake and 80 mm mas air flow from them, which they said was in stock and would ship same day. This was last month,
it took me 13 emails ( almost 1 a day ) to finally get and answer, which was ooh parts allready shipped, (of course no tracking number) then another week of calling and emailing to find out they finally shipped it yesterday 11/06/06 , which means they lied to me when they said it allready shipped! ! !

here is my rating

cool blue performance

customer service f-
integrity f-
would i reccomend them NO

now on the other hand

2 other places i dealt with
http://www.jmschip.com
bought my sct tuner, shipped next day with a custom tune and have been very open and helpful with both my questions and parts purchases

and
http://www.speedunlimited.com/
i ordered
75 mm throttle body
BBK headers
intake plentum
parts were shipped and delivered within 48 hours, tracking number was sent right to me, and they even called after i recieved parts to make sure everything was ok

thats customer service!!!

mark

You guys are not talking about Accel's Cool Blue air filters are you? Because those are excellent quality.
