duel fuel cars can run on this and gasoline. just wondering what the mpg difference is between the fuels and what the costs are compared to gasoline.

e85 is about as expensive as deisel (1.70 or so), you will get alittle worse milage with it. You need to convert the fuel tank and lines and all rubber parts of your fuel system to a material that is compatible with alcohol. The other plus is it has amuch higher octane rating (aound 105) but it is alot of work to convert over to the stuff. There is some interesting info about this stuff on the web.

thanks for the reply, i found a fair amount of info online, i was just wanting to get someones opinion who had some real experience with the stuff. apparently 700,000 duel fuel (e85 & gasoline) vehicles are sold every year in the us. i was pretty amazed by that number.
