Default Kumho vs BF

I am throwing off my cheap Douglas 'R' rated tires for a pair of ZR rated tires...don't ever get R rated unless you want your back end to wobble on the freeway (R means thin-walled).

I'm looking at Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's. They are $121. Someone told me BF Goodrich Traction TA's are the best...but they're $141.

Anyone have Kumho Ecsta 712's and like them???

Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's.
I bought a set of those once because they were $99 each. Don't waste your money. Traction was the WORST I've ever seen in all weather, Sun, Rain, Snow...Doesn't matter. I could stand on it in 2nd and break the tires loose, hit 3rd and burn them all the way through. And they were gone in about 10,000 miles. Just the worst tires I've ever seen. When it's wet, they're downright dangerous. Please don't buy those...Keep your money. You're better off with bald Goodyears. I kid you not.

What properties are you looking for in a tire?
