I was just cruising, and it looks like he ran my plate for some reason. Can they even do that just to any car?
Absolutely... the cops can run your plate anytime they wish...

I was obeying the law! I havent seeped today, followed every law in the book, and he still ran my plate. [:'(] Bad luck.
Quick question, is it possible to be ticketed again for the same thing while Im still taking care of this one? Say Im going to DMV or something, or waiting for appointment. Eh, it sucks! I gonna call my lawyer tomorrow and find out what they can and can not do, you know, separate trueth from fiction.

Well, an expired driver license is the best I can do right now.
The day I get it renewed Ill do some nice racing, maybe even top out on my car.

I have friends who are cops here in Baltimore. Thats what they do at stoplights and what not, they run tags. Next time you see a cop sitting near you at a light watch them, they are looking around, and entering tags. They never know who, or what their search will come up with...
