My opinion, its a good deal for what it is, but not a good way to upgrade your suspencion.
You want:
Weld your sub frame
Beef up roll bars front and rear
Get coil overs
Get light front cross member
Get polyurathane (or metal) bushings, everywhere
Camber caster plates
Strut tower brace
Rear strut tower brace
If you can and if its your thing, IRS in the rear could be a welcome upgrade
With all that you want lighter wheels and tires, and maybe a brake upgrade.
Replacing springs, shocks, and roll bars wont give you a deadly handling punch, especially on that unabody.

what if i did kyb 5 way adjustable shocks and struts, frpp c springs, and poly urithane sway bar bushings for now? would this be decent because im not looking to spend a grand on suspension, i might do sub frame connectors but idk
You gotta look at people who done suspencion and got good results.
You ever thought about Saleen suspencion? Or perhaps Rousch. Those people actually DO test their packages. Suspencions work together with weight and tires to enable you to corner, brake, and accelerate. You asking what will happen if you put together parts from different manufacturers (with different specs). Answer to that is I have no clue. You might improve some aspect of your handling, but make worth other aspects. Only sure way to find out is to do calculations, make educated guesses, and test. You can read the theory here: http://www.autozine.org/technical_sc....html#Handling
A good choice will be to research some reputable tuners, and do what they have done. Such tuners are Saleen, Rousch, and you will find a dozen or more others.
Hehe, you and I lack time, money, and resources to test and find a good combination. If you into racing you can ask your fellow racers with similar cars what they are using and go that route.

That would be a good start. You will also want to upgrade your control arms (front and rear) as well as add the subframe connectors. I would get control arms and springs at the same time to save some labor, however. If you don't have that budgeted right now, either save up for it or start with the subframe connectors.
And, I'm pretty sure Ford put a few $$$ into designing that suspension kit, contrary to what anyone else may tell you.

I like the FRPP kit myself. It comes as a package and should work together vey well.I agree that sub-frame connectors as well as control arm bushings will also help.

Get that. If you have the money left over/budget room, also get the front control arms. Then subframe connectors.
