While looking up some information on a cougar with somebody I came across this article, sadly I did'nt have time to read through it till now. supposedly your supposed to be able to change it from 85mph to 140mph (of course a new gauge face would be a must afterwards but this would be a lot cheaper then buying a new one if it did work right?) by just changing a capacitor out. Now I'm not sure if this is true or not and wanted to know if any of you had heard/read/preformed this mod.

Again I know its for a cougar but seems that it should still be the same mechanically right? If not well then I'm glad I'm asking before doing something I'd regret!
