My engine feels like its misfiring, but i have ran a diagnostics even and nothing is coming up. I sometimes stalls after i start it cold from sitting for a few days. I can feel it almost like it is misfiring when i put it into drive and sit there. Timing is good. I brought up the idea of maybe the TPS but i was told the problem would be more frequent. HELP ME WHAT IS WRONG?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

While it's misfiring try unplugging individual injectors to see if the miss changes.If you find one that changes less than the others this is where I'd start looking.It could be a partially clogged or dirty injector.Short trips with many start-shut down cycles cause dried gasoline to build up on the injector tips and intake valves.This causes poor atomization and poor idle until the engine warms up enough to boil the fuel soaked into the carbon/varnish deposits.
You can clean some of this off the valves and injectors by running the tank until it's down to about a quarter tank and pouring in a can of cleaner.This concentrated mixture will clean better than one can to a full tank.Drive the car for an hour or two to allow the cleaner to do it's work.
