I need some serious help here. My car was having trouble starting after a period of time sitting. The funny thing was it waould start fine after a few hours sitting. So i took to all my friends and we scanned it and couldnt find the problem. But by dumb luck i tested the battery and it was good until you put a load on it. So i replaced the battery and been firing up ever since. Until this past sunday morning when i left for a car show at a local mall !!!! So my question is what the hell is going on with my car?! I am going to test the battery tonight and see if its still good. If its not then i am thinking that i have an electrical short somewhere. If thats the case does anyone know if that is still covered under factory warranty? PLease help me, it sucks to leave for work and "HOPING" your car starts. Thanks for the help and suggestions

 

check the supply for dainamo charge!! may be there is weekness therefor the load are coming on the battery..may other guys have another advice??

Ok new problem - my car starts fine as long as its not cold out or has just rained. ANY suggestions why it wont start if it has rained or have a cold night. It doesnt get that cold in Bradenton , like 50s at night. I dont know what it could be......

 

do you have a MAF?

If so carefully remove sensor (no touching0
and spray carb cleaner on elements.

 

no i dont actually - it doesnt make sense. i dont have a heavily modded car......could it be a bad coil pack?
