headlights point too high, how do i lower them?
i recently took out my headlight assembly on my 1999 v6 mustang, and ever since i popped them back in, they have been pointing very high..like into the trees, looking for owls high.lol. i was wondering if there is a height adjustment that i can do to aim them somewhere close to the road in front of me. maybe an alignment screw? any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Erich

there should be two srews on each headlight one for side to side and one for top to bottom... be gentle with them, you may wanna spray them w/ wd40 first and work them back a forth a lil. good luck

I would check to make sure the clips went in right, the light's on the new edge are made to be pulled and replaced without having to re aim them. Check for any harness or the like in the way.

Yeah, and if the lights are pointing WAAAAY high, then any sort of adjustor won't have enough range to straighten them out. Are both headlights pointing equally high?
Take them out & make sure some piece of crap didn't get stuck in between the light & the car

yes, both headlghts are pointing equally high, and there is nothing underneath them forcing them to point eatra high. before i took them out to do the headlgith restoration thing with "PLastX", they were fine, but they were difficult to remove from the car. im wondering if i broke something while i was tugging at them. i hope not tho.
