I love the new edges, but nothing is quiet as sexy as an oldschool fastback or mach 1...ill break my neck to catch an eye full

I think of all the years listed you can find something good and bad about each one. I think technically the 05-07s are the "best" because they have the best chassis, are the newest and prolly among the best built, but I'd rather have mine or a new edge over an 05.

It really is hard just casting one vote, but the poll wouldn't let me put more in... I have had, and still have two, of the SN95 stang (one GT and two Cobras)... I would love to have a black 91 notchback though (as long as it had one of the 4V motors in it). I always thought those cars were sharp. If I had the money, I could see myself in one of the new Shelby Cobras... Then again the Elenore mustang is pretty wicked... I almost bought/should have bought one of the Terminator Cobras... I like pretty much all of them. I am a Mustang fan I guess...

The '05 - '07 body style is what caught my eye and got me to buy a Mustang. The mid-60's to early 70's are also eye-catching to me. '99 - '04 started to recapture the spirit, but did not make me "turn my head". I never thought I'd own a Ford, in fact I stayed away from domestic brands for the last 13 years, but after seeing the current body style for the last couple of years I finally had to have one.
I know we all like different Mustang body styles and I respect that. I'm not dis-ing anyone's opinion, just answering the topic of the post.

The new 05-07 Mustangs have the best chassis and more powerful engines but I like the 99-04 body style better.

Own a 95 GT, love the new 2005+'s but they just can't touch the style of a 1970 Mach 1.
