Welcome!

I'm moving this over to the general tech section since it's more of a tech thread. Hope you find the help you need.

its gonna cost a lot more money than you wanna spend to make that a race car... i don't think theres is a cheap way to make a 4000lb+ car fast

I agree with these guys, your car is a tank!

You'd have to do A LOT of weight reduction to get that thing moving. Trucks and Blazers aren't fast. I know, I have both owned them and raced against them.

Your best bet would be just minor stuff to make it a little quicker and save a few bux for a lighter car to mod to holy hell. An old fox would be a good place to start.

If you are really set to do this to the car you have, be ready for a lot of heart break. Like everyone says, you'll need some time and money to get it fast. Do some google'ing and see what you come up with. I'm sure someone out there has done this before.

as said above, weight reduction is the key, if i was having to turn that car into something people would race, it would need a gutted/heavily removed interior, once you get there, then you'll probably just want to p&p intake/heads...cheap upgrades? Unless you find something online (and check here bout ebay style stuff first if it looks fishy) then you in luck, otherwise it will have to be completly custom one-off piece, because if people arn't racing them, they're not going to make parts for them

othe than that you can just get a titanium supercharger to add to your new whip[8D]
