Most likely no, they are metal. I went ahead and put new ones on when I did mine a few weeks ago, but they're only $7 from ford, so why not? I'm glad I ordered them because one of my old ones fell and got bent up pretty good when I was taking out the stock manifolds.

If the old ones look GREAT then you can try & reuse them, otherwise replace with new ones. Hey they're cheap and the last thing you want after a header swap is an exhaust leak, and having to re&re the headers a SECOND TIME to fix the leak

Anytime you have two parts that used O-rings or gaskets to hold high pressure oil or exhaust gas at bay get new replacement seals.Cheap insurance against posts that start out with "I have this ticking sound" or "I have this oil leak".
