Starter Question
I had to replace the starter in my DD. In doing so, The plastic silencer (I guess) got broken and now when I start the car, there is no trouble, but it sounds like a big *** zipper and it's REALLY loud. Should I worry or is it normal for it to sound like that?
Keep in mind there is a HUGE gap around where the starter mounts and it's a gm so I needed about 8 hands to put the fugger back in. It was, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst, a 57.FWD and GM mechanical engineers DO NOT mix!!!
