I'm new to Mustangs.I run up on a good deal on two mustangs one is a 79 -80 model coupe body the other is a 82 Gt body. The coupe body is real good shape but had a 6 cyl, the Gt body ispretty rough.Here is the question can i take the k member from the gt and put in the coupe to install a v8? How hard is to change them?

 

I don't think you need to do all that, but only about 8 bolts hold it in. It's pretty easy.
