I have a 1973 Convertable. the motor user to lower and raise the top is failing.. when I hit the switch I hear the motor engage but nothing happens.replacement motorscost about 300.00 I was wondering if there is a fluid that neesds refilling or other adjustment/maintenamce I cando.Can anyone offer advice on what to check.
