RE: Need help with a nickname!!!
Maybe it's just me, but I'd hold off on nicknames until I was pushing some SERIOUS HP, and even then I don't see the point.
But I definately wouldn't pick a trash-talking name like "The Rice Eater" If I had a V6 with no major power adders. It's just asking to be picked on and laughed at.

My 95' Mustang is named "Penny"
My wife named her after a song that she loves. The name fit her well so I kept it that. Her 93' Nissan 300ZX is called "Ling Ling" (To beraciallyincorrect.) and her 96' Mustang is called "No Name" because we really couldnt figure one out. Her 71' Mach1 is called "Baby" because her mother use to call it "Baby" all the time and lastly her 68' Mustang is called "Nelly" in honor of her first car that was rolled and crushed shortly after selling it.
General rule of thumb is that cars are girls and trucks/Suvs are boys. You can go away from that rule if you want, but thats generally how it works out.
We cant really help you pick a name out because its your car and only you know her.
Good luck
