Depends on the level of noise he wants. Can get a lot in that price range

son speaking...

i just dont know if i want to stay with the stock H pipe thats on the car now. Im probably leaning towards a magnaflow c/b but its another 300ish bucks for their h pipe.

If you want some cheap good sound...go with just Flowmaster mufflers or something along those lines...i paid 110 shipped via ebay.

For catbacks: if you have the money go with bassani.

If you don't want the stock H-pipe...the next thing you have to do is figure if you want it O/R(no cats) or if you want to go with the X-Pipe route.

the reg. magnaflow catback is just barely louder than stock, now the magnaflow magnapack, its decently loud (stock h) and flows great.

I would recommend an off road h-pipe, but you will also need to buy the mil eliminators. You can buy an off road H or X pipe for around $200 and the mils for $50-60. So for under $300 you can get a good sound out of the car. By deleting the cats you will get the best sound and performance out of the car compared to the cat back. I have the BBK off road Hpipe with 40s flowmasters and I just love the sound. I am getting comments on how good that sounds, all for around $400 total. I would go with the H or X pipe. Now this is all based on a budget. You will eventually need to go with the catback, for performance purposes because of the mendrel bend pipes. For now if you are just looking for sound go with the H or X pipe. I am getting ready to help a buddy put the o/f H pipe on this weekend versus going with the catback.
