Default Hi flow cats

Can i just throw a pair of high flow cats on my stock h pipe.. or are they welded and its a pain to do?

They are welded in. Your better off getting an aftermarketmidpipe.

You do not have to weld them in.
You can have a shop take an Off Road X-Pipe and cut it to length to add either test tubes or cats with just exhaust band clamps. Its a great modification.
