5.8 ho

trying to find out what is needed to make my 85 5.8 in to a 351 ho what ho parts would i need from an 5.0

They made a 5.8L HO engine in the mid-80's. Generally, they were available in the F150.

Roller cam, lifters, good heads, a good intake, and headers will do what you want.

yes i understand the hardware that is needed but wat electronics are needed

FI just needs a computer. The ignition is pretty much the same with the exception of the dizzy. You'll need one specifically for a 5.8L. MSD makes some good stuff.
