Default car storage

I have a 2003 Cobra SVT. I was wondering what is the best way for storing a carduring a Wisconsin winter? The previous owner always stored it with a full tank. But now that I did that I have a full tank of old gas. Do I use the old gas or siphon it out? CanI put a fuel additive or stabalizer in it to make it useable (it uses premium gas)? Any feed back would be appreciated.

It's spring now.. kinda late to be storing the Stang

Yes a full tank is the best way to store it,, keeps condensation out of the gas tank. You can buy fuel stabilizer & pour the right amount in along with the fuel, then just drive it out when it comes out of storage. No need to siphon out the old gas,, it won't deteriorate that quick. If you were storing a car for a few YEARS then that would be another story
