i have 93 cougar with 5.0 is there chance that might have gt40 heads on it and could i put those on my 85 with intake and carb

 

Nope, not that I know of. As far as I know they had the Heart heads which were a higher CR I think, dont quote me for sure. I will do some google searching a little later tonight and see what I can find.
