Okay, i am making a christmas list for the girl friend. I'm wanting springs, a short through, and the grill delete + chin spoiler.

What are the best brands to go with and whats the best place to get them that you guys have found. You know girls, i have to make her a detailed list with a direct link to the product, or she will never find them.

Thanks!

For the springs it would be helpful if you want a drag or road-race oriented suspension

well, i think i would prefer straight line tractions, but i know i'm not going to get that from a lowering kit. And the budget is limited.

USED fox body 4cyl front springs, USED fox body V8 rear springs cut a coil
Steeda Triax
Mach1 chin spoiler & grill delete (3 piece)

I got my springs from a junkyard, but folks sell em on eBay too. The shifter and Mach1 stuff I got from Steeda but you can try our site sponsor Mustangtuning.com to see if they have it - heards lots of good things about them.

some type of coilovers with an adjustable shock is definetly the way to go, read a pretty cool article about the eibach's today, for mdv another good thing for straight line is some 90/10 shocks up front and some 10/90 rears

yea coilovers are great, but expensive and eibach is good stuff... 90/10's in the front are a big change from stock but better struts are a backbone for good handling. 90/10's on the rear aren't the way to go - stock is fine as their already 50/50 and thats whats usually preferred for drag.

damn mdv, checked out your website, nice a/f ratio until about 5000 range, get that around 12:1 and its a fool proof set up for drag, and they are 10/90 for rears, real stiff, but for drag only(prostreet etc.) but 50/50's are quality too as long as its a nice strut/shock
