Wow.....use some punctuation. PLEASE!!!
I couldn't really understand what you were asking, but I did gather you are disappointed you can't burn the tires with the engine you built.
1) Lose the scoop.
2) You won't have much torque with that intake.
3) The Edelbrock better be a 750.
4) You should have a Holley.
5) What gears you runnin'?
6) What axle do you have?
7) What size tires do you have?
8) What kind of tranny do you have?
9) Cleveland isn't how you build it, it's what it is.
10) Take a grammar course and learn to use some puncuation to have a shot at communicating with more intelligence than your average rock.
Thank you, drive on.

Ya the bird catcher isnt going to help you much, I would get rid of that.
There are so many different problems that it could be or a combination of problem. Its hard to tell not actually being there. You should cover all the basics; Fuel, Spark, timing, firing order, vacuum, Compression, rocker clearances.
If you have roller rockers then you are 100% hitting those valve covers, those are way too short for rollers. You also might have a valve that isnt seating correctly and so many other things.
Again its hard to tell whats wrong when there are so many details left out of the mix, including trans, if its been rebuild and the rear end. In your case it would probably be a great idea ot take it to have it dyno tuned, its cheap and you will maximize power (If its not a problem with the engine that is.)
Best of luck.
