front brake conversion

I have front drum brakes on my 66 mustang. wanted to see if i can convert them to disk brakes using the 81 granada front brakesystem.

I have drums on my backs and wanted to convert them to disc but from what I gather and looking at the kits and what not, it's fairly expensive.
