Default how are these prices and parts?...

i got some ' top of his head' quotes for some stuff from a performance shop in bk, but it all seems high. i wanted to know if this is normal for a shop to charge or not.

subframes ~175 (and i know i can get these a loot cheaper, right?)
sway bars ~375 (same as above...)
control arms ~430 (dunno what these cost, i dont know what brand he is talking about thugh ill know tonight when he emails me the details)
CAI 200+ (i KNOW this is a rip since i can get it for so much less on ebay....what could possibly cost that much??)

more stuff but thats it for now

is that all including install or no, cuz if it isnt, his prices arent that far off (except the arms - they seem high?)
and im guessing i should just get an ebay cai for 1/3 the price...?

No, those are the prices... The prices he quoted your are really good if he's using quality parts.

B) No, don't get an e-bay CAI... it works, but you will regret getting it... Just spend the extra $50!

$43+$17 Shipping = $60... 1/2 price for 1/2 quality.

I know, I had that exact one (the e-bay intake) and now I have a densecharger.

ok i got the detailed prices/brands, id like to throw them out and see what you guys think.

bbk cai - he wants 250!! is that normal?
STB's, 175 or somthing each maybe, but he mentioned a back one too - do i really need that?
control arms 428$ but dunno brand.

springs- eibach with 1.5inch drop all around. 350$ (and is that too low or ok)
tokico struts at 150 a pair.

Hpipe upgrade is 115$

then he mentioned magnaflow "system" ( not sure what he ment by that) for 721 whichi think is a tad high for exhaust.

anyway any comments?

subframes = $35
springs = $180
CAI = $150
Magnaflow = $360
Control Arms = $160 for all 4

I know this, because eBay owned me

Are these the prices of the products and labor or just the products? $721 for exhaust? What kind of exhaust set up?

My Bassani cat back - $380.

My Mac CAI, which is pretty much the same as BBK's - $179

I have normal subframes also - around $40 or so (can't exactly remember)

All were purchased from Laural Mountain Mustang.

the cotrol arms are bbk's
the springs are the prokit
tokico hp's for struts.
bbk 3 peice intake
exhaust is everything from the headers on. (he mentioned magnaflow - is that ok for a v6 or should i go flowmaster.)
also mentioned for wheels to go 18x10/12 r , 18x9 f... but i may want 17's instead.
