Cobra R vs. Saleen s281E
My friend and I got into a discussion at the strip yesterday. He thinks that Saleens are the best mustang EVER!!! I think the Cobra R would smoke a saleen at the track(strip or autocross). Do yall have any inside info that could help out with this little argument? Thanks for the posts.</P>
P.S oh...hehe he thinks all saleens are v6s :P whatta putz</P>

were talking s-281-<U>E </U>not the s-281, which has 445hp, vs the cobra R at 385.</P>
the saleen runs 12.2's, STOCK, the cobra R runs 13.0's. sorry, the s281e would clean up in the quarter....</P>
...but, on the corners, no contest! the cobra R pulls 1.1 g on the skidpad, while the saleen only pulls .90g thats more of a no contest than that quarter beating the saleen would give the R. </P>

they only run 13.0's stock??! the 03 cobra runs 12-8's! I know that the 03 is supercharged</P>
