carb turbo
Either set up a "draw through" turbo where the carb comes first & passes the fuel/air mix through the turbo into the engine, or a "blow through" setup where the turbo comes first & blows pressurized air thru the carb. With a blow through setup you need a specialized carb that can handle boost blown through it
Some people construct a box that seals in the carb for a blow through application. All you need is the same air pressure at the fuel bowl vents as is present at the carb throat.
I would prefer the draw through design myself. This way you just have to find a place to mount the carb.

I should turbo my gas powered scooter. I actually think they sell fourwheelers stock with turbo's capable of putting out 9 pounds of boost.
