Which Oil Do You Use?

Okay it has been said, "Oil is the lifeblood of your engine". I was wondering what brand of oil you guys use/have found works best. Also what grade of oil do you run?

There are oils out there that will open up your ponies a bit, but I think the important part is pick a brand and stick with it. My choice is castrol

I've heard 'Stangs come stock with Lucas, has anyone else heard this?

Yes they do, I watched a show and when they are on the assembly line, they add Lucas oil to all the cars. I actually think that all fords come with Lucas oil.
