Default Boss Clone

OK so in my own defense... I grew up around motorcycles not cars... but I love Mustangs and want to learn more about them. I'm currently looking through all these older model mustangs when I ran across one on ebay that said it was a Boss Clone. Does that mean it's a regular coupe that someone modified or.... what? What is a boss clone, or a mach 1 clone? This Boss clone has a 302 engine in it. Or does it just mean that it's been modified from it's original state. The car has a quick shift in it instead of the original shifter...

Just asking. Thanks,

Joshua

Default RE: Boss Clone

It's a non-Boss Mustang that's been modified into a Boss 302. I've seen them done very nicely, and not so nicely. Like-wise, I see more and more Fobras these days, some are very detailed and EVERYTHING it takes to be a Cobra has been swapped in.
