Any product that is liek a touch up for clear coat to hit certain spots peeling?


and how much you think it would cost to color match and paint a hood for a 93lx? Stock hood and 3 inch cowl sperately

I`m pretty sure that if its peeling, you are going to have to get it repainted. That will prpbably be cheaper than getting a spot repair.
As far as the cost, get estimates from a few shops. They are usualy free.

TR-3 is a resin that pollishes and adds a layer of clearcoat. It should help but its not the ultimate solution.

Napa Autoparts and Rebee's sells the stuff.
