Default asc mclaren question

I am looking at getting an ASC Mclaren that is for sale here. I just have some questions about them in general. I can't seem to find out very much info about them online, and was hoping you guys here could fill me in some.

The one I'm looking at is a '88 with the 5.0L. I was just wondering what kind of money they usually go for, and what exactly is the deal with these cars. Any info would be great, thanks.

Nate.
