how hard is it to install?
will it make a noticable difference in the 60' times like it says

anything that helps stiffen the chassis helps your 60' ft. times.

unless your running slicks then I wouldn't worry with em. they won't help your 60' unless you've busted yours, and its doubtful you'll do that without sticky tires.

i got south side machine,,harder to install..but just look at the difference..these are the ****.

i plan to run slicks in the not to distant future. i figured i could install the torque box when i install my new control arms i will be getting soon. dont really want to do the suspension twice you know

It doesn't take much to twist up the factory torque boxes...slicks or no slicks.

mine ripped claen out ,,had no other choice...

I've made over 400 passes on slicks with my '88 Stang and have not damaged the torque boxes in any way so far but I ain't putting down a huge amount of HP either, maybe 260 or so. But I am getting 1.77 60' times with 10.5" slicks so it is hooking hard too.
