Default Front end pops when I brake

I recently took the front suspension off and put it back on and ever since thensomthing creaks andpops every timeI brake. I have taken the suspension off before and not had any problems afterward. I torqued everything down and all that.. I dunno maybe I forgot somthing. Any ideas what it could be?

is it just one pop or is it something that stays constant when your on the brake and how loud is it?
and to be sure, its only when you brake never when turning hitting a speed bump or anything else like that?

It's just a single pop. Like somthing is being popped out of place by the pressure when I brake. I'm pretty sure it's only happening when I hit the brakes not when the suspension is flexing and definitly not when turning. I replaced the balljoint on the side it seems to be popping the most but I don't think that has anything to do with it.

my thoughts exactly, pull your wheels off and have a look at the calipers and pads, if itll move when the pedal is pressed, you should be able to reproduce the sound. thatll tell you exactly whats wrong i would hope.
