Ok, so i have talked to OB about this and now i want personal opinions. I have my 98 Gt sprayed and i think its all done for now. only future plans are Saleen S-351 body kit and rims. graphics. Then i am getting a bike this spring. After that i was planning on going 04 Cobra route. But i have talked to people about insurance and prices. I can pick on up fairly cheap. Used maybe 25, then i can get it for what ever my dealership pays. I like the iead of brand new Cobra, forged internals, supercharged. And i work for FORd, so if i blow the engine, guess who is paying... FORD. I'll warranty everything that breaks. BUt then on the other hand i can just fork over 4-5k for a nice used FOX and put a serious amount of money into it. I love the fox's and i used to have one. Then again, i like the 04 Cobra and have never had one. Also no one around here has one. BUT i will be financing it. So thats the only draw back. If i get the fox i can drive without insurance, or at least not full coverage. And there is endless possibilitys with the FOx, i could do stright 460 built, i could do NOS monster, supercharged, turbo (single or dual). Parts are plenty and cheap. Plus i actually fit in a fox. lol. So now i want to hear from all of you. What do i do??????

You'll love that. I know I love moine.
But I have to ask what kind are you looking at?
Now getting back more to your post, I'll agree with everyone that a 460 in a fox would be sick and there are many other combinations you could do with it. But I would say go with the 04 cobra. They are tunable and parts for them will become cheaper in time. Tough choice, but I'd go with the 04 cobra.

The cobra would be sick as hell, and wouldnt take much for massive power...
But, I think I'll say FOX too!
