Default Please help the newbie, need advice!!!

I want to stay with a standard shift tranny. This car, 90 mustang GT is putting down 450hp all motor. I am running 4.10 M/T street slicks at 15psi. I am now on my 4th T-5 and am ready to put a tranny in it again. I will need a good clutch recommendation as well.
Now for the experts opinion. What tranny do I need?
What clutch do I need?
If you happen to have what I need, pm me!!!!!
Kinda getting too good at changing trannies so your help is greatly appreciated!!!!
Thanks in advance folks!!!!!

Is it the engine thefactory 5.0 block? Are you looking for a racing clutch/tranny or does it get street driven a lot too?

Yes, factory 5.0 and yes, it does get street driven more than track.
