Default rust repair

so im looking at a 96 stang vert, the guy says theres a couple of small rust holes in the frame, car is $850 is it worth my time to repair it or keep looking?

A convert gets most of its body strength through
the frame, since it does not have a strong roof
keeping the car straight. If it is a GT and you can do
major welding, or know someone who can, it might
be worth making an offer.
My guess is he would go a lot lower.
Sounds like it could be a fun project car, but I would make
sure that my offer would cover the sales prices of part
if I had to "part it out">.
