Default help with bumper problem

Well some jackball hit me in an intersection a few weeks back and my insurance has a 1000$ deductable, so i'm going to replace it myself. I was wondering what you all thought I should do, buy a new OEM bumper cover or get an aftermarket one. I am leaning towards the aftermarket and saw this on ebay.

what do you all think of it? has anyone done buisness with this guy before, and do you think it has the same clearance of the OEM bc I have a lowered stance.

if someone hit you then you shouldnt have to pay a thing and your insurance deductable wouldnt matter. your situation makes no sense to me.
