Default control arms question

everyone seems to say to get lower control arms to reduce wheel hop, how worthwhile and cost effective are upper control arms? I know about -> <- that much about suspensions so any help is appreciated

I've always heard that the uppers are not as important as the lowers and it's better to just replace the bushings in the uppers with the stock bushings and not poly bushings because of possible suspension bind.
If you want to do anything with the uppers, I would just have them boxed and have new bushings installed.

Yeah...to hell with any suspension bind you might get by doing that

They are not expensive, but however replacing the uppers will bind leading to other suspension problems like torque boxes.
Just leave the stock ones in but replace the lowers. I went with MM they are the best on the market.
If anything if you have the money convert to a 3-link rear with a torque arm and panhard bar. That is next for me.

I think the uppers help side to side movement which will allow you get staighter launches.

I did both of mine and they are awsome. The uppers prevent roll of the chassis.
