changing suspension
So these are my questions the guy who built the car, I believe built it just for a track car, I dont go to the track I just enjoy driving it as a fun car. Alright he has these suspension mods done to it. Sub-Frame connectors. Adjustable upper control arms, and SouthSide lowers. 50/50 rear shocks, and 90/10 front.
When I turn the car it tends to be really hard to turn, I love the way the car hooks up when you push down the throttle, but I want it to be able to handle better around the turns, not like a f1 car or anything just a little better turning. How can I do this and still have excellent straight line traction?
More straight line traction then turning!
It is a 1988 mustang lx

Hey thats exactly what is does it feels really squirrely! If I just got rid of the 90/10's and got like some bilstein front struts you think that would fix a good bit or my problem?

Since it seems like a track car what type of wheels and tires are on the front...Wide tires are better for handleing aroun turns but will be much harder to turn w/o power steering. Also since it seems like a track car he probably removed the sway bars.. See if they have been removed. If so or not, upgrade them. that will help the car around turns...I would start there before replacing what you have.

The 90/10 are made to stretch oout quick to help with weight transfer. So what hapens whe yo turn right, your left side lefts up higher quicker.
Does that make sense?
If it is a daily driver I would replace the shocks in the front.

you posted this 3 times?!?! ok well replace 90/10s with 50/50s in front. that will make turning better. did he weld the spider gears in there to lock it up or what? cuz it needs to be able to disengage through turns to keep your outside tire turning quicker b/c it travels farther through turns.. the whole d=rt thing. this will keep the tires from wearing out too quickly.

strange 10 ways in the front dude - then you can have 90/10's, 50/50, or hell road race if you want $110 each

Are those the adjustable ones? I wish I had them, but I'm happy with 90/10
