T and L Engines ??

T and L Engines ??
Has anyone heard of or used a company called T and L Engines in the Charlotte, NC area? Their prices sound too good to be true. They have a 347 stroker with with aluminum heads from intake to oil pan for $3695. This would be perfect for my 65 fastback.
