i installed a volt gauge today.... but the gauge always reads even when the car is off.. is it suppose to b like that or should the needle go down wen the car is off....... If its suppose to go down, which fuse should i stick it in with?

 

It should drop when the ignition switch is turned off. The power for the volt meter should come from a switched (on with key on, off with key off...)source.
