2001 3.8 mustang coupe, Somewhere down the road I think someone at Jiffy Lube might have spilled some fluids on my fender because now the paint has faded and looks terrible. I took it to the ford dealership for an estimate and they quoted me $1,000.00 to have it repainted. I was like " whhhhaaaaaaa???????" Anybody know of a cheaper alternative?

 

If there is one thing i learned about going to a dealer for service it is this:

They will rape you.

Call a few paint shops for an estimate. Shouldnt be more than a few hundred for a fender.
