Default '85 GT - TV Linkage question

I have an '85 GT 5.0 and the grommet that holds the TV linkage to the throttle assembly has disintegrated. Does someone have the Ford part number for a replacement grommet? This is a bar linkage not a cable.

Well mine is a 93 but took EOAZ-7F330-A ($5.47 from the dealer for a pack of 2). Its the same part as in the link above. I needed one a while back and was told there are 2 sizes, not sure what they are as the package doesnt say.

Never drive w/o that grommet.

I don't know. I never drove it w/o it. I suspected it was loose because when I got the car the shift points were way too soon. It was in overdrive by 25mph. Upon inspection it dissintegrated. Now it sits awaiting the arrival of the grommet. I thought about securing it with pull-ties but my luck they would melt on me.

Ok I replaced the grommet and everything is tight now. Now my question is what should the normal shift points be for the AOD? Here's what I'm seeing:

gear very light acceleration light acceleration moderate acceleration
1 -> 2 10MPH 15MPH 20MPH
2 -> 3 18MPH 25MPH 30MPH
3 -> OD 35MPH 45MPH 55MPH

I'm wondering if this is OK or do I need to have the TV adjusted? It seems to me that the 2 -> 3 shift comes way too early. And this thing must have a huge gear in it; I'm seeing 2200RPM @ 75MPH.
