Default standard maintenance

this may seem like a stupid question, but I want to make sure I'm not missing a thing. I have my manual out of town as I am home for the summer, but I was wondering what standard maintenance I should have done to my stang.
I has 39k on it and has never had a transmission flush, so I was thinking that would be something I should get done. What else if anything should I have my guy at NAPA look at?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: its an auto (obviously)

Trans flush +1
After 39K filters- fuel, and Air filter every 10K depending on driving conditons.
Maybe at 50K change rearend fluid with some Royal Purple, change spark plugs.
I also like to change the oil every two thousand miles, and run some fuel system cleaner through it everyonce in a while. Probably wont hurt to clean out the T.B. Differnt people have differnt routines, and most maintence thing are realitivly inexpensive, expect for an auto trans flush.

Sorry I did not read your sig before I posted Didn't see you had a CAI, just clean and re-oil as needed every 5-10K witha K&N recharge kit, and the BBK T.B is probably not dirty. My fault..

Thanks for the feedback, i actually replaced the fuel filter a few months back, so thats taken care of.

Would the "life-time" Steeda air filter be maintenanced the same with the k&n recharge kit? I don't think it would, thats why I ask. So is there a kit for the Steeda? I have just been "vacuming" it from time to time to keep it semi-clean.

Just don't use high pressure air or water to attempt to clean it. I would assume any cotton filter that is supposed to be re-oiled can be cleaned witht K&N kit. I used it on K&N filters as well as a Fram Air Hog, but I would contant Steeda tech line to be sure, not something you want to screw up.
