i see in posts when some1 mentions they add parts to the car they have to tune it. what does this mean and do? lol im new to this [&:]

 

It's adjusting the computer(or a carb/igntion in the case of carburetion) so that the ignition timing and air/fuel ratio is optimized for the particular setup you have, so you can make the most power with the most reliability
