Default Car seems higher after mods

I put on lower control arms from granatelli and also tokico shocks. Now my car is just a bit higher in the back then it was before i did these mods. Is this normal? What is making it higher?

I left my sway bar and quads. I am thinking about taking off my quads, just haven't decided yet.

Whoa!!!! man it looks like you got a 4x4!!! I would ask a proffessional about this, maybe it was installed wrong, or it didnt have time to settle. Get some heavy people to sit in the back and see if it helps lol. thats what I'd do.

no its the lowers that need to be replaced for that, not the uppers. The uppers mainly help locate the axle during side to side movement, the lowers can deflect when alot of pressure is on them, which is why the quads are there - to keep the bouncing of the rear cause by deflection to a minimum. With aftermarket lowers their is no flexing / deflection - therefore no need for the quads. Them + their upper brackets weigh like 10 lbs so its worth it to remove em
